I apologize for the extended delay again. I'm currently looking at getting a few additional SolusVM nodes online and would like to place your VPS on one of those (on a more or less empty node). Unfortunately this will probably take about 24 hours to complete since I'm working with our LA technicians to get these nodes online.
If this is not acceptable and you need your VPS back online ASAP, let me know and I'll try to find an existing node that I can place this VPS on. Otherwise, I'll have this VPS re-created on a new node within this time frame. In either case I'll forward this to our customer service department once we have your VPS back online and see if they can do anything about your credit for this specific downtime.

经过多天的交流发现客服Justin C. 很拽投诉后给我换了个Andrew R 服务态度改善了不少
