As you may have noticed, we've been performing periods of maintenance on our Stallion control panel for your services. As you know, some time ago we switched completely from SolusVM to our custom-built control panel (Stallion) in order to bring better service and features to our clients. At the time, we simply migrated the existing SolusVM database for client information and logins. Over the past few weeks, we've noticed that the same SolusVM problems that made us leave them in the first place have also created inconsistencies within the original databases. As security and client confidentiality is extremely important to us, we did not want to take any risks of someone being able to access a VPS they shouldn't have. As a result, we've backed up the existing client information (just as a precaution), and have completely regenerated everyone's Stallion accounts so that we can ensure only you can access your services. While we haven't had any reports of someone getting in!
to a VPS that they shouldn't have, we feel that it simply wasn't worth the risk to continue to use the old database.
As a result of the account generation, it's possible that your username may have changed. Over the years we've had several different formats for usernames, and in the interest of accuracy we've consolidated logins into a single format for all clients. The new login for your account is: PonyVM****
Also as a result, passwords were unable to be transferred over to the new database, as we use a more secure encryption method to store sensitive information. Since your password is not stored anywhere in plaintext, and the encryption method cannot be reversed, this does mean that you will need to reset your password to be able to login.
