Emergency Fiber cut and move

3. We have been informed this morning that Kansas city, MO USA (Where we are located) is doing an emergency fiber cut and moving it, starting between 9 and  9:30 am CST USA. This will only  affect customers located in the Cable facility. Anyone in the Wholesale or Joe facility will not be affected by this. They have given us a 3 hour window and assured us that they will move as quickly as possible to complete this task.

5. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this or your facility. We are sorry for the late notice as we wish we would have known sooner so we could have passed this on sooner to you.
