first of all he opened several tickets asking about promo code over and over again, even though they were answered in less then 5 minutes every time that we do not have valid promo code because we are low on stock (T2 ran out of servers), then at the end we thought he is now serous about ordering a VPS since we said 10% off but when he found out 10% discount is NOT on top of promo code he wants it canceled, so we canceled... he did not pay so no service is provisioned therefore no need to keep the account.
Also did we just explained several times that we DO NOT have any promo and we can just do 10% off first month? we thought he is wasting our time.
