关于3刀的退款，内有手续费说明

客服说可以退，但要收手续费，各位 MJJ 怎么看？也不知道收多少。。。

If you wish to cancel now you would have to submit a cancellation request from the client area, as far as the refund goes we can issue one but the transaction fees will be detected in case it was applied.

还有，他家的工单系统什么鬼，每次发完后自己看不了自己的 ticket，提示没有权限。。。

最新回复，手续费是每个3刀收 $0.4。。。

the PayPal transaction fees will be deducted which is $0.40 USD per the $3 payment made by you.

我们有契约精神好不好，不能履行就退款，没有别的过分要求吧？
