现在是导航条怎么移左边一点

集数的边框间距这个在火狐下间距是8 margin: 8px 1px 1px 12px; 在IE ...

加个 ul 看下

.txtlist ul{overflow:hidden;margin-bottom:10px;margin:0 auto; padding:0;}
.txtlist li {border: 1px dashed #CCCCCC;float: left;font-size: 14px;margin: 8px 1px 1px 12px;width: 155px;}

F12看看盒模型。。。这个是部分IE版本的问题吧。。解决不了用 css hacker

.txtlist加上 display:block; 试试。。浮动是ie9产生的双倍距离，， *margin-*:*px;前面加*修正
